Nate Jorgensen is the chief executive officer of Boise Cascade and serves on its board of directors. Nate joined Boise Cascade in 2015 and has held a series of progressive operational and leadership roles in the company. Before being named CEO in March 2020, Nate was the chief operating officer and was responsible for the company’s Wood Products and Building Materials Distribution (BMD) divisions. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president for Engineered Wood Products (EWP) sales and marketing. Nate earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin and attended the Tuck School of Business Executive Education Program at Dartmouth University. Nate serves on the board of directors for the American Wood Council. He is also a director for IDACORP, Inc. and its primary subsidiary, Idaho Power Company. More
Jeff Strom is the chief operating officer of Boise Cascade. He oversees the company’s Wood Products and Building Materials Distribution (BMD) divisions. Jeff started with the company in 2006 and has served in several progressive leadership positions since then. Prior to being named COO in January 2025, Jeff was the executive vice president of the company’s BMD division. Prior to that, he was vice president and general manager for the company’s BMD Eastern Region. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also serves on the board of trustees for Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity. More
Kelly Hibbs is the senior vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer of Boise Cascade. Kelly joined the company in 1996 and has held a series of progressive leadership roles in finance, tax, and audit. Before becoming CFO in May 2021, he was vice president of finance and controller. Prior to that, he was director of strategic planning for internal audit. Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boise State University and is a certified public accountant. He serves on a regional advisory board for FM Global. More
Jill Twedt is the senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Boise Cascade. Jill has been with the company since 2007 and has held a series of progressive leadership roles on the legal team leading up to being named senior vice president in 2020. Before joining Boise Cascade, she practiced employment law litigation. Jill earned her law degree from the University of Idaho and a bachelor’s degree from the College of Idaho, where she is the chair for their board of trustees. Jill also serves on the board of the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI) and St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho. In 2023, she was selected for the DirectWomen Highly Accomplished Lawyers Board Institute Class. More
Angella Broesch is the vice president of human resources for Boise Cascade. Since joining Boise Cascade in 2013, she has held a series of progressive leadership roles in finance and human resources, including director of total rewards and director of internal audit. Before joining Boise Cascade, she was the controller at MarkMonitor and senior audit manager at KPMG. She has a bachelor’s degree in business with an accounting emphasis from the University of Idaho, and she currently serves on the University’s Accounting Advisory Board. She is also closely involved with The Learning Lab, a non-profit focused on literacy education. More
Chris Forrey is the vice president of finance and investor relations for Boise Cascade. Chris started with the company in 2005 and has held a series of progressive leadership roles on the finance team. Prior to being named vice president, he was the senior director of finance. Chris earned a master’s degree in accountancy/taxation and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accountancy, both from Boise State University. He is a certified public accountant and serves on the Community Cabinet for the United Way of Treasure Valley. More
Jo Barney is the executive vice president for Boise Cascade’s Building Materials Distribution (BMD) division. Jo joined the company in 2005 as a location controller and has held progressive operational and leadership positions since then. Prior to being named executive vice president of BMD in February 2025, she was the senior vice president of BMD Western Operations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Utah. She is a two-time all-American athlete and the founder and executive director of the Utah Avalanche youth soccer club. Jim Wickham is the senior vice president for Boise Cascade’s Building Materials Distribution (BMD) Eastern Operations. Since joining the company in 2008 as a branch manager, he has held a series of progressive operational and leadership positions. Prior to being named senior vice president in October 2023, Jim was vice president of BMD Eastern Operations. Before that, he was the general manager of BMD Northeast Region. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Missouri State University. More
Nathan Sikes is the vice president for Boise Cascade’s Building Materials Distribution (BMD) Sales and Marketing. Since joining the company in 2006, Nathan has held a series of progressive leadership positions on the BMD team. Prior to being named vice president in October 2023, Nathan was the director of BMD Sales and Marketing. Before that, he was the manager for BMD Southwest Region. Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also serves on the board of directors for the Lumbermen’s Association of Texas. More
Troy joined the Wood Products division in 1990 as an internal auditor. He has a broad range of experience on both the financial side and the Troy Little is the executive vice president for Boise Cascade’s Wood Products division. Troy joined the company’s Wood Products division in 1990 as an internal auditor. He has a broad range of experience on both the financial and the operational sides, including serving as regional manager for six manufacturing facilities in Oregon. Prior to being named executive vice president in February 2024, Troy held a series of progressive leadership positions, including financial manager, with oversight of commodity sales, and division controller. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Idaho. Troy currently serves on the boards of the Bishop Kelly High School Foundation, as well as the Western Wood Products Association (WWPA). More
Rob Johnson is the senior vice president of Boise Cascade’s Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Sales and Marketing. Rob joined the company’s Wood Products division as a business optimization engineer in 2014 and was later promoted to director of EWP Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Boise Cascade, Rob accumulated more than 20 years of broad industry experience in manufacturing and distribution. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oregon. More
Chris Seymour is the senior vice president of Boise Cascade’s Wood Products Manufacturing Operations. Chris began his career at Boise Cascade in 2000 and has held a series of progressive operational and leadership roles in the company’s manufacturing division since then. He earned both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in wood science from West Virginia University. Chris currently serves on the board of trustees for the APA-Engineered Wood Association. More
