How do you find the status on shipped orders?
Once an order has shipped and invoiced, it will appear on the shipped orders page (click on Shipped Orders link to open). If customers view the detail on a car order, they will see the last sighting information regarding that car. If they view detail on prepaid loads, they will see the estimated date of arrival.

What do the abbreviations mean under “status” in Current Orders?
The column “Status or Equip#” will give you up-to-the-minute information on your orders. Depending on what is noted under Status, you can decide if you want to view the detail of that order to get additional information regarding the load. When an order is entered Status will be either “Truck” or “Rail” and the “Status Date” will be empty. When Customer Service identifies the order as ready, the status will change to “Rdy” and the Status Date will include a ready date.
For prepaid loads, the status will change to “ETA” when it has been dispatched with a “D” as the dispatch flag. If the customer views the detail on the order with this status, it will show the scheduled delivery date of that load. Then “Truck” will be the status until we call it ready for shipping and then the status is “Rdy” until it ships.
What does “Ship to City” and “Shipping Address” mean on Orders page?
On either current orders or shipped orders, you will now see the delivery address where the load will ship to. This will help make it easier for you to identify direct shipments to customers. Ship to information displayed as the city and state of the mill location are FOB orders.
What do the first two number of an order number represent?
The first two numbers represent the mill location.
